THE STAFF

Helico Secours intervention teams will operate on a 24-hour on-call rotation.
At each base, each team will be made up of two or three responders with complementary roles:

• a paramedic-rescuer specialized in emergency helicopter medical rescue,
• a flight nurse trained and specialized in intensive care and emergency care,
• a flight paramedic specialized in pre-hospital care
• one or two helicopter pilots trained for day or night medical missions.

Through their advanced training and professionalism, the intervention teams provide every guarantee of a high-quality helicopter medical rescue service.

One single objective: to take charge of and transport patients to the hospital service that is closest and best suited to their needs and conditions.

THE TRANSPORT FLEET

To carry out its missions, Helico Secours will have three high-performing and complementary tools that make it possible to respond to any request for helicopter medical rescue, under the best possible conditions of availability

• a main BK117-type helicopter equipped to transport 2 patients.
• a second AirBus EC30-type helicopter. It allows for maximum availability of the helicopter service.

THE EQUIPMENT

In addition to the logistical equipment, there is complete medical equipment and high-technology devices.

NIGHT AND DAY

Helico Secours solidarity cooperative will soon have specific and high-performing technical tools (night vision goggles) to organize rescue interventions during the night.
