One member = one vote

Helico Secours is the first solidarity cooperative specializing in air and helicopter medical transport in North America.

Each member is entitled to one vote, regardless of the amount invested or the category to which they belong, to elect the members of the board of directors.

  • Individual or corporate members are persons or companies that use the services of the solidarity cooperative.
  • Worker members are any persons who work within the solidarity cooperative.
  • Supporting members are any persons or companies that have an economic, social, or cultural interest in achieving the cooperative’s objectives.

To become an individual member of the solidarity cooperative, you must pay a qualifying share made up of 5 common shares of $10 for a total lifetime amount of $50, which is refundable when you leave the cooperative.

To become a corporate member of the solidarity cooperative, you must pay a qualifying share made up of 100 common shares of $10 for a total lifetime amount of $1,000, which are refundable when you leave the cooperative.

To become a supporting member of the solidarity cooperative, you must pay a qualifying share made up of 50 common shares of $10 for a total lifetime amount of $500, which are refundable when you leave the cooperative.

To become a worker member of the solidarity cooperative, you must pay a qualifying share made up of 1 common share of $10 and 10,000 preferred shares of $1 for a total lifetime amount of $10,010, which are refundable when you leave the cooperative.
