 By its status, the Helico Secours cooperative is a collective property that combines profitability and social success. All surpluses are reinvested into the cooperative. It prioritizes the population and bases its operational decisions on patient-benefit objectives. 

Helico Secours is a solidarity cooperative made up of 4 types of members: individual user member, corporate user member, worker member, and supporting member.

It’s very easy! All you have to do is complete the form and pay the common shares that correspond to your member type. No renewal, no additional fees, you will be a lifetime member.

The member can participate in the organization and is entitled to one vote, regardless of the amounts they have invested or the category to which they belong.
In addition, they benefit from a rate exclusive to members.

No, you must purchase an annual or seasonal package. However, you benefit from a preferential rate if you are a member.

Worker members are the professionals required to provide the cooperative’s services, for example: pilots, paramedics, nurses, physicians, administrators, etc.

We anticipate 100 jobs within 3 years across the entire territory of Quebec. You can check our Careers section to see available positions.

Of course! A business can become a corporate member  in order to help its employees and take advantage of workplace prevention.

No, it is not necessary to be a member to purchase a package. However, the cost is higher and certain services do not apply.

When you purchase a package, you have access to:

• 24/7 Emergency call service
• Emergency helicopter rescue
• Care provided by a specialized emergency medical team
• Ground ambulance transport
• Emergency escort service
• Interhospital transfer to specialized hospitals
• We currently fly during the day, but we are working towards conducting night flights soon. In all cases, we provide 24/24 emergency medical assistance.

There will be several bases strategically placed throughout the territory of Quebec in order to respond to calls as quickly as possible. 

The cooperative was created by professionals in the aeromedical field with over 60 years of combined experience. It is equipped with a team of highly qualified personnel and specialized equipment in the field of aerial rescue.
